TRAIN Announces 'Mermaids of Alcatraz Tour' ft. The Script & Gavin DeGraw; Tickets Now Available

Train Tour 2013 "Mermaids of Alcatraz" tour the band will perform 19 headlining shows over a month long time span. The Script will provide direct support on the entire tour and singer songwriter Gavin DeGraw will open all shows. The American pop-rock band Train announced headlining tour dates for the summer of 2013. The North American "Mermaids of Alcatraz" tour begins in Cleveland, Ohio on July 17 and ends in Auburn, Wash. on Aug. 14

The summer tour will continue Train's support of their latest album, 2012′s California 37. The band's sixth studio effort and follow-up to 2009′s Save Me, San Francisco was primarily produced by Butch Walker and Espionage. The Script will be touring in support of their latest release, 2012. The Irish pop rocker's third studio effort and follow-up to 2010′s Science & Faith debuted at #13 on the Billboard 200 after its release last October. It features singles "Hall Of Fame" "Six Degrees of Separation".

DeGraw's most recent release was 2011′s Sweeter. The New York native and one time Berklee College of Music student's third studio effort features singles "Not Over You", "Sweeter" and "Soldier".
