Motown Artist KEM to Perform at Detroit's AMERICA'S THANKSGIVING PARADE

Motown recording artist KEM will perform a song from his new album, WHAT CHRISTMAS MEANS, during Local 4 WDIV-TV's live broadcast from America's Thanksgiving Parade tomorrow, November 22, 2012. KEM's performance will kick off the parade in the 9:00am hour of the broadcast. KEM, Annabelle Road, Karen Newman, others perform during Local 4 America's Thanksgiving Parade coverage - 86th America's Thanksgiving Parade broadcast Thursday Morning on Local 4 KEM's previous album, INTIMACY, debuted at #2 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums list in August 2010. INTIMACY garnered national acclaim, including two Grammy award nominations, a Soul Train award nomination and a BET Centric Award nomination. INTIMACY was officially certified gold in March 2012. After the release of INTIMACY, KEM headlined his sold-out national 'Intimacy Tour' with Special Guests Musiq Soulchild & Ledisi. Combined, KEM's three albums have sold in excess of 2.2 million units. KEM's big-screen acting debut came this year, with the release of the movie, "SPARKLE," starring Jordin Sparks and the late Whitney Houston.
