UZMAN hails from Toronto. He became involved in music at a young age. While growing up, his father threw parties which introduced him to the entertainment lifestyle. As an 80's baby, he has followed hip-hop since it's inception as an Underground art to it becoming huge in the commercial market. UZMAN is known for a Caribbean, southern style of rap called reggae fusion and has been making a name for himself within hip-hop circles.

With a Jamaican upbringing, UZMAN's music combines several genres including reggae, pop, hip-hop and dancehall. To date, he has been featured in several publications including The Trinadad Guardian, Barbados National News, and Hip Hop Weekly. UZMAN will be releasing several music projects and videos in 2013.
