VIDEO: Black Boots Release Video for FLASH OF LIGHT

Buzzed-about electronic/rock duo BLACK BOOTS has premiered the official music video for their second single "Flash Of Light". The new single-available now on Ultra Music - features a hypnotizing melody that skillfully bridges the worlds of electronic pop and modern indie rock with equal parts after-hours club bounce and rock 'n' roll spirit. The video was directed by Jeremy Cloe and features a unique, first-person point-of-view which transports the viewer deep into the dangerous world of BLACK BOOTS. The video tells the story of one member of the BLACK BOOTS movement who is captured and contained in a laboratory in an attempt to erase his memory and regain control of his thoughts in accordance with the repressive rules of this Futuristic dystopian society. Las Vegas-based BLACK BOOTS-Lightknife (production) and Mikey Francis (vocals, production)-made their Worldwide debut last November with their first single "Rebels In The Night." Leading electronic music blog GottaDanceDirty.com wrote "...their debut single 'Rebels In The Night' falls somewhere on the musical Spectrum between New Order, The Presets, and Swedish House Mafia, combining Mikey's subdued but emotional voice with guitars and sweeping, euphoric hooks" (12/6/12). Additionally, the song earned the group inclusion on multiple "artists to watch in 2013" lists, including Vibe.com, who tagged them in their "30 DJs To Watch in 2013" feature, Las Vegas CityLife and Las Vegas Weekly.

BLACK BOOTS made their Los Angeles performance debut Friday, January 18 with a powerful one-hour set in front of a sold-out crowd at the Avalon in Hollywood as part of their celebrated EDM club series Control.
