Regular tickets: $15.00.Robert "Bob" Grossman enjoyed a brief career as a folksinger from The End of the 1950s -- when he started performing in coffeehouses around his native Los Angeles -- through the early '60s, in the course of which he got to record two albums, the second one for Elektra Records.Robert started out playing and singing in folk clubs in Los Angeles at The End of the 1950s and was good enough to record one album for a tiny independent label. That record, which was heavily influenced by the music of Josh White,Harry Belafonte, and Theodore Bikel, garnered good reviews and, in turn, led to his being signed by Elektra Records' Jac Holzman. Grossman continued to sing and kept performing into the late '60s, even as the folk revival waned.
