Radio Disney teams up with Toys for Tots and multiple charities across its network of 31 stations for its second annual "FESTIVAL OF GIVING," encouraging kids and families to help others this holiday season. Beginning FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30 – SUNDAY, DECEMBER 2, Radio Disney stations across the country will host local community events that provide a convenient way for kids and families to give back, benefitting Toys for Tots and various other organizations, including Salvation Army, American Red Cross, Feeding America via its local food banks, and animal shelters, among others. "Festival of Giving" is part of Radio Disney's Project Family initiative, inspiring families to spend time together in an effort to make a lasting, positive change at home, in their community and the world at large.

"Disney has had a longstanding relationship with Toys for Tots and we're thrilled to be joining forces with an organization that so clearly resonates with our audience of kids and families who are passionate about helping others," said Phil Guerini, Vice President and General Manager, Radio Disney.

Dedicated to delivering new toys and the magic of the holiday season to less fortunate children each holiday season, Toys for Tots will be gathering new, unwrapped toys and monetary donations in all 31 Radio Disney markets. Each event will be hosted by Radio Disney's local stations, and in celebration of Radio Disney's Fa-la-la-lidays seasonal programming, will feature holiday-themed interactive entertainment, music and prizes including Walt Disney Records' "Disney Channel's Holiday Playlist."
