Erica Vasaturo of The Mick Wately Band will be a musical guest at the opening concert of BAY RIDGE VOICE on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. at The Bay Ridge Jewish Center, 405 81st Street, Brooklyn, NY.

A group of artists from various theaters and schools have joined forces to create Bay Ridge Voice, a new vocal studio featuring private lessons and intimate classes designed to help you become the singer you’ve always wanted to be.

Vasaturo is thrilled to be performing with Mary Micari on a Bay Ridge stage again. Straying from her musical theater/ classical roots, Erica began to expand her musical horizons in 2009 when she began to sing with different bands. She has spent the best part of two years touring with her band (The Mick Watley Band), playing the tri-state area. The Mick Watley Band represented Staten Island in NPR's Battle of the Boroughs as well as performing at the Staten Island Half Marathon, and the ING New York City Marathon 2012. They are now a staple of the New York City club scene.
