A testament of the strength of the human spirit and his love for life, Puerto Rican singer and songwriter Draco Rosa returns to the music stage after a triumphant battle with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. During this difficult time, he recorded "Vida" (Life), symbolizing his recovery after his cancer treatment. The recently launched production, which became his first No. 1 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart, is the most ambitious album of his career, featuring duets with 16 top Latin artists. Practically every genre and region of the Spanish-speaking world is represented, showcasing the diversity of artists who respect and admire him. In addition to Mana, other artists who sang duets with Draco Rosa include legends such as Shakira, Juan Luis Guerra, Marc Anthony, Alejandro Sanz, Ricky Martin and Juanes, among others.

Maná, consisting of vocalist/guitarist Fher Olvera, drummer Alex Gonzalez, guitarist Sergio Vallin, and bassist Juan Calleros, is a five-time finalist this year at the Billboard Latin Music Awards. The band released its most recent album last year titled "Exiliados en la Bahía (Lo Mejor de Maná)," which includes a greatest hits compilation from the band's 20-plus years. The album also features the iconic hit "Hasta Que Te Conocí" (Juan Gabriel) and a previously unreleased track titled "Un Nuevo Amanecer." The award-winning group has enjoyed worldwide sales of more than 35 million albums and unsurpassed record-selling tours that have unquestionably earned it the title of the most influential Spanish rock band of all time.

The much anticipated performance by Maná and Draco Rosa is added to an already impressive list of previously announced performances set for the upcoming prestigious awards show, including that of: Marc Anthony, Daddy Yankee, Roberto Tapia, Romeo Santos, Tito El Bambino, Juan Luis Guerra, Don Omar, La Arrolladora Banda el Limon de Rene Camacho, Gerardo Ortiz, Michel Telo, and Carlos Vives.

The Billboard Latin Music Awards, the longest running and most prestigious awards show in the Latin music world, honors the most popular albums, songs, and performers in Latin music, as determined by the actual sales, radio airplay, streaming and social data that informs Billboard's weekly charts. The awards show caps off the 24th annual Billboard Latin Music Conference, presented by State Farm, taking place on April 23 - 25 at the JW Marriot Marquis in Miami, Florida.
