Kellie Pickler Plays Indian Ranch Tonight, 8/26

Kellie Pickler will take the stage at Indian Ranch, Webster, MA venue tonight, August 26, 2012. Pickler is one of the biggest stars to emerge from the American Idol series, where she finished sixth on the fifth season of the show.

After Pickler’s rise to fame on American Idol, she released her debut album Small Town Girl in 2006. This album was certified gold with over 800,000 copies sold, and included three top 20 hits in “Red High Heels,” “I Wonder,” and “Things That Never Cross a Man’s Mind.” She followed this effort with her self-titled album in 2008, which included hits like “Don’t You Know You’re Beautiful” and “Best Days of Your Life.”

On top of Pickler’s musical endeavors, she is also an avid philanthropist. She supports St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, is a vegetarian, and has participated in three USO (United Service Organization) tours, where she performed to United States servicemen stationed throughout the world. Her latest album, entitled 100 Proof, was released in January and sold 24,000 copies in its first week.
