Reverend Billy & The Stop Shopping Gospel Choir

Concert starts @ 1:00PM, Doors open @ 12:00PM
A strange faith is brewing for these apocalyptic times. Post-fundamentalist and happy-crazy with a 35-voice choir and worshippers throughout the world, The Church of Earthalujah began in New York City in 2009. The church has cast the global warming devils from the cash machines of JP Morgan Chase and UBS – the Swiss bank that invests in the Koch brothers and climate change skepticism. These churchgoers believe that natural disasters are messages from a living thing and that we should be teaching each other to listen and pray. Earthalujah!

Greensky Bluegrass
Opening Act(s): Union Street Preservation Society
Tickets $17.50 ADV., $20.00 DOS
Concerts start @ 8:00PM, Doors open @ 6:00PM
If you're familiar with bluegrass music, then you're tuned in to some of what Greensky Bluegrass does. They're also known to throw a great party, rock 'n' roll, and (if the critics are to be believed) they have great songs. They are unquestionably a team of friends that traverse the country making music they enjoy. What makes Greensky different than Bluegrass? Poignant rural ballads about real people? Dobro tone that Jerry (Douglas or Garcia) would love? Distortion pedals? Grit and attitude from a whiskey-soaked card game? Indeed, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Over their many years together, they have written their own music, including their new single, "White Trash (Country Boy)," and they've literally played hundreds of shows all across America and Europe.
