Gold Fields to Perform on JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE!, 2/27; Kick Off National Tour, 2/4

Gold Fields' debut album Black Sun is armed with pop hooks, tribal beats, danceable rhythms, and plenty of emotion. Revered for their larger-than-life live show and having already shared stages with acts like Crystal Castles, Metric, St. Lucia and Diamond Rings, the Australian quintet will make their debut TV appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! performing single "Dark Again" on February 27th at 11:35/10:35pmC on ABC. Fans will have more chances to experience the band live on a national co-headlining tour with A Silent Film & Royal Teeth, which kicks off February 4th in DC.

The single "Dark Again" is a pop gem flecked with driving guitars and bright synths, all building to a heavy-hitting chorus that's sure to make you move. The energized album track's mysterious video features model Shaun Ross who has previously starred in videos with Katy Perry, Kanye West & Beyonce. Check out a behind-the-scenes video for the making of the "Dark Again" video. Diamond Rings reinterprets the track with techno-infused synths to highlight the driving tribal beats. Check out the "Dark Again" (Diamond Rings Remix) stream HERE. In return, Gold Fields put their special touch on a Diamond Rings track "Runaway Love" which you can hear HERE.

Yesterday, MTV named Gold Fields one of their 13 Artists to Watch in 2013, supporting the band across their platforms (MTV, mtvU, MTV Hits, etc.) throughout the year. Stay tuned to the band's MTV page and be sure to check out the video playlists spinning throughout the month. The result of relentless work and playful experimentation, Black Sun will be released February 26th via Astralwerks.
