Recording artist Susan Toney announced today that she will be playing with The Susan Toney Band comprised industry renowned artists: The band features Susan Toney on lead vocals, keyboard and guitar along with veterans Arno Lucas on percussion and vocals (Al Jarreau, Jackson Browne, Don Henley, Ricki Lee Jones) and Chad Watson on bass and vocals (Janis Ian, David Arkenstone, Delaney & Bonnie, Charlie Rich Jr. & Sr., Ronnie Milsap). Susan Toney Is now signed to STRANGE CHILD RECORDS and in September 2012, signed to Kings Road Group International for Management & Representation.
There will be upcoming announcements of strategic life performance engagements/opportunities including opening acts for The Susan Toney Band as well as a Radio Promotional Tour.
Susan Toney broke under her label Strange Child Records with her CD "Love is the Cure." She is also launching a groundbreaking non profit organization called "Love, Hope and Health."
Susan Toney is in her element with guitar in hand and audience before her. With a rare talent and diverse sound; drawing on pop, alternative country, pop/rock and rhythm and blues, she captivates her listener with brilliant lyrics and unexpected melodic twists and turns.
