Fleetwood Mac member and celebrated songwriter Christine McVie took to the stage in Maui on Wednesday night, joining fellow Mac member Mick Fleetwood and former member Rick Vito, along with Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, in a performance of the RUMOURS hit "Don't Stop".

This surprise appearance comes as an all too pleasant shock out of the blue to music fans around the globe and now spurs rumors that McVie could join the legendary rock supergroup for a leg of the forthcoming tour in support of the deluxe 3CD re-release of RUMOURS and a rumoured new album that Buckingham, Nicks and Fleetwood purportedly laid down ten or more tracks for over the last few months.

Although, McVie has previously stated she has a disdain for live performing, so this could just be a one-off.

McVie had presumedly permanently retired following Fleetwood Mac's final tour, THE DANCE, in the legendary RUMOURS line-up of the ever-evolving group comprising Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie.
