Bob Baldwin and the International Fusion Project are set for White Plains Performing Arts Center's Jazz @ WPPAC series on Saturday, March 9 at 8 p.m.

The concert will feature contemporary jazz mixed with Brazilian rhythms inspired by Miles Davis, Duke Ellington and Herbie Hancock. Bob Baldwin (piano) joined by Emedin Rivera (percussion), Wali Ali (Guitar), Thierry Arpino (drums) and Dave Anderson (bass).
Bob Baldwin has worked as a producer and performing artist with George Benson, Grover Washington, Jr., Phil Perry, Marion Meadows, Chuck Loeb and Roy Ayers. He is working on his twentieth album to be released this summer.
Dave Anderson has thirty years' experience performing and recording in a wide range of genres. His recent work has been with Bob Baldwin, Art Garfunkel, Bill Evans, Smokey Robinson, Special EFX, and Kate Taylor.
Wali Ali is a local Westchester legend, and has toured over the years with such great artists as Tom Browne, Norman Connors, Lonnie Liston Smith, Bobbi Humphrey, as well as the Leader of his own Wali Ali and the Tamborine Band, which features another Westchester great, Vocalist Porter Carroll, Jr.
Thierry Arpino studied at Berklee College of Music with the masters Bob Kaufman and Herb Pomeroy. His credits include working with Jean Luc-Ponty, Joe Beck, Philippe Saisse, Randy Brecker, Joey Calderazzo and Manu Dibango.
Emedin Rivera incorporates his Latin Caribbean African influences into a vast array of musical styles. He has performed live with Harry Belafante, Gregory Hines, PaquitoDeRivera, Vicky Sue Robinson, Angela Bofill, Gloria Gaynor, Ben E King, Dave Samuels, Dave Valentine, Latoya Jackson, Emeline Michel, Andy Narell and Bernie Williams. He has won two Emmy Awards.
