Platinum-selling, acclaimed singer, songwriter, musician ANDY GRAMMER has announced a spring headlining tour with special guest Parachute. The coast-to-coast trek kicks off Wednesday, March 27 in Aspen, CO with stops in New York City April 2 for a show at Irving Plaza and Los Angeles May 17 at The Fonda Theatre. Tickets are on-sale now at http://andygrammer.com/tour.
ANDY began his remarkable career rise performing on the streets as a busker in Santa Monica, CA and, in just a few short years, has gone on to sell well over one-million tracks, performing onstage with Taylor Swift, appearing on an array of national TV shows, selling out venues nationwide, receiving BMI's "Pop Music Award," gracing the cover of national touring trade magazine Pollstar and presenting at their annual awards show, performing for his holiness the Dalai Lama, and co-hosting the American Music Awards online preshow, among many other accomplishments.
"I've been hard at work writing and recording my next album but I've missed my amazing fans so much," exclaimed ANDY. "I just love to play music for people that love to hear it and I know that's about to happen on tour so I can't even tell you how excited I am!"
GRAMMER's massive debut Top 5 hit single "Keep Your Head Up"--from his acclaimed 2011 debut self-titled album on S-Curve Records--has now officially gone platinum. The follow-up track, "Fine By Me," also sailed into the Top 10 on the Adult Pop chart and has been certified gold, having sold well over half a million copies. According to Billboard magazine, ANDY is the first male artist to hit the Top 10 on Billboard's Adult Pop chart with his first two singles since John Mayer in 2002. "Miss Me," ANDY's third single off his album, climbed to #16 at Hot AC, while the music video for the song reached #9 on VH1's Top 20 weekly video countdown.
